A) The Difference Between Cement and Concrete
A cement balloon planter is a handmade craft that is made from the cement-water mix thanks to a balloon’s shape. Notably, there is a difference between cement and concrete. Round balloons
Quick set cement

b) Instructions
1) Prepare all the materials and tools. Work on the soft surface so that the balloon stays one piece.
2) Pour the cement into the plastic bowl. Add some water. Mix until you reach the correct consistency.
3) Don’t add too much water. Cement mold cracks later.
4) Take a balloon. Lay the cement mix on it. Leave the top open to put the plant and soil. Open drainage holes with a q-tip.
5) Reinforce the cemented balloon with the cement once again. Use q-tip for drainage holes.
6) Get the balloon out of the mold by deflating it.
7) After this, use the cement mixture again for the inner part of the mold. Mind the drainage holes.
8) Optionally, paint your cement balloon planter as you wish. Above all, add it vivid and bright color just like mandala stones.
