There should be a strict routine for feeding them at the same time in both morning and evening.
After 20-25 mins later from eating, take them to the potty and say “go potty”. If your dog does its business correctly, give it a reward (verbal praise or food).
When you see your dog is not using the potty, you can say ‘no’ and take it to the potty. If it uses the potty, reward it.
In the face of an accident, never punish it and just proceed with the routine.
