Last few days, we spend my free time to write an article about planter and repurpose ideas. Actually, we wrote some articles about these two fields before. For example, we have some interesting examples that are beetle, wine bottle, hanging pail, vintage chair, recycled tire, and vintage book.

Today, we write an article and give some amazing ideas to repurpose a pedestal sink as a planter. You can beautify your garden or terrace with recycled sink by using a used sink, some soil, ornamental grass or flower and other decorative materials that you want to use. Martina and I think that this article should follow manner as good examples of the vintage sinks, saying something about how to do it yourself and ideas about where you should plant it.

First of all, as we said before, we start by giving some gorgeous examples of repurposing planters made from the sink. To begin with, we have used a porcelain sink that turns it into a planter with lovely yellow flower.

In addition, the second example is a short sink with colorful ornamental flowers. This one will be suitable for the door entrance.

The last example that we can give you is the repurposed sink made from metal.

Now we can start to tell you how you can do it yourself a vintage planter project.

Firstly, you need used porcelain or metal sink to use it as planter or vase.

Once you have a sink, now you need enough soil to plant your ornamental grass or flowers.

Lastly, you will need some flowers, grass and even sculpture to decorate your vintage sink.

First of all, you put some stones or different closer to the drainage hole.

After that, you should add some soil in the sink to plant your planter.

Lastly, once you have added enough soil, it is time to plant your lovely flower or ornamental grass.

Last words we want to sat that the finished project is ready to plant and decorate your garden, terrace or other places. Just giving you an idea is that painting your used sink will provide you unique decorative pedestal sink planter.

How were you able to have the sink stand independently when not supported by a wall? I have a pedestal sink with a narrow(er) pedestal and I won’t have a wall to attach it to… how can I make it stand upright on its own? Saved mine exactly for this purpose! Your advice would be appreciated.
