Basic DIY Materials

  • A wheelbarrow (wooden or metal),
  • Plants
  • Potting soils to fill the wheelbarrow
  • A sheet of cotton or nylon

DIY Steps for Wheelbarrow Planter Ideas

1) Firstly, you should make 3 or 4 small holes in the bottom of a wheelbarrow for drainage.

2) After it, it will be better to cover the bottom of the wheelbarrow with a piece of cotton or nylon so that the holes for drainage will be kept open.

3)You can also add a small number of rocks on the bottom to keep your potting soil more breathing.

4) Now, you can add your potting soils and cute plants such as succulent, cactus, geranium, dahlia, petunias, and zinnia.

5) If you want to paint your wheelbarrow, you can paint as you wish.

After your plants grow up in the wheelbarrow planter, you will be surprised since it will be a unique way to show your plants.
